Schedule Your Appointment

I encourage you to schedule your own appointment below. This is the fastest and easiest way to see what upcoming days and times are available for each appointment type. Scheduling your own appointment is easy, and allows you to choose a day and time that works best for your schedule.

For new clients, you will be requesting an appointment with me, and I will either accept and confirm that appointment, or in cases where I'm not the right practitioner for you, cancel it. If your appointment is accepted, you will receive a "Confirmed" email letting you know your appointment has been accepted.

My appointment system allows new and established clients to create an account with a login. Doing this allows clients to see appointments and also to make changes. You can also safely and securely enter your credit card information once, avoiding the need to enter this information again for subsequent appointments.

New Clients

New clients must pay for their requested session in advance, and must complete the intake form that captures the reason you are requesting an appointment and your family's details. Completing this information accurately helps me to be prepared for our first appointment, and allows us to maximize our time together. 

In cases where I am not the right practitioner for you, and your appointment request is cancelled, I will refund my fee collected at the time you requested the appointment.

For new clients with confirmed appointments, you have the option to reschedule as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance of your booking. See my policies page for complete details.

Established Clients

For established clients, your appointment will be confirmed immediately. There is a field to send me any details of what you may want to work on during our session, and also to indicate whether we will be connecting online or by phone. My recommendation is usually to connect online, via Zoom, but I can accommodate some other options as well.
