Schedule Your Appointment: New Clients
For new clients, you will be requesting an appointment with me, and I will either accept and confirm that appointment, or in cases where I'm not the right practitioner for you, cancel it. If your appointment is accepted, you will receive a "Confirmed" email letting you know your appointment has been accepted. In cases where I am not the right practitioner for you, and your appointment request is cancelled, I will refund your fee payment in its entirety.
I also ask new clients to complete the intake form that captures the reason you are requesting an appointment and your family's details. Completing this information accurately helps me to be prepared for our first appointment, and allows us to maximize our time together.
For new clients with confirmed appointments, you have the option to reschedule as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance of your booking. See my policies page for complete details.
Schedule Your Appointment: Established Clients
For established clients, your appointment will be confirmed immediately. There is a field to send me any details of what you may want to work on during our session, and also to indicate whether we will be connecting online or by phone. My recommendation is usually to connect online, via Zoom, but I can accommodate some other options as well.
